TravelMaster Support on Messenger

Access 24/7 support from TravelMaster with our newly introduced Support Bot on Messenger.


TravelMaster is currently testing the use of an automated Messenger Bot to provide customers with support around how they purchase and use their multi-operator products and smart cards in South Yorkshire.

Using the Messenger platform means that TravelMaster can provide our customers with a self-service and easy to use support resource wherever they are, 24 hours a day &  7 days a week  through a platform that they will already be familiar with and that is increasingly being used by customers to engage with their favourite brands.

The automated system is currently only configured to provide basic responses to common queries we receive about the use of our products – such as where they can be purchased, where they are valid to and a range of other Frequently Asked Questions. However, it will shortly be updated to provide more specific technical help and advice to customers.

Of course if customers would rather speak to a human member of the team they can still do that; either through Messenger directly by hitting a ‘Talk to Us’ button or by using our traditional Contact Us channels.
