We retain these details in a Customer Service Database maintained solely to provide effective customer support and to investigate and provide responses to your queries, feedback or complaints.
When you contact us through one of our Customer Service Channels we will retain your Personal Information for the sole purpose of investigating and responding to your query.
We may provide some, or all, of the Information provided to us to a Third party, primarily our Suppliers or Retailers, in instances where that information will aid us in resolving or investigating your issue. Whenever we do so we will inform you of this and this will be subject to your continuous consent.
When you Contact Us via our Customer Service Channels we retain that information purely to investigate and resolve your issue.
We will not use your Personal Information collected when you Contact Us for Marketing Purposes nor will we pass it to any Third Party for any Marketing Purpose.
Where you contact us to leave feedback, or make suggestions, we may – with your consent, contact you at a later stage with an update or with formation related to the feedback you provided. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
