Corporate Annual Cards
We provide annual variants of our SYConnect+ & CityWide to organisations to support sustainable travel for their workforce.
If your organisation offers a sustainable travel or salary sacrifice scheme then our Annual products may be just the ticket to meet your organisation’s needs.
Organisations can purchase our SYConnect+ (Any bus, tram & train in SY) Annual or our CityWide (Any bus or tram in Sheffield) Annual on behalf of their staff to make it easy to get to and from work and to reduce their reliance on cars.
Depending on the size of the organisation we can supply our standard annual products through to organisation branded smart-cards that can even be used as staff ID cards and access cards (minimum volumes would apply).

We, in conjunction with our partners SYPTE, provide organisations with the ability to pay for products purchased through Ticket Vending Machines by way of a monthly invoice.
Access to the e-Voucher system enables organisations to create an account on the MyTSY platform delivered by South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive to issue products for collection at Ticket Vending Machines located throughout the county.
This system is used by a broad range of corporate clients, ranging from educational providers to charities, and with it they can issue the full range of TravelMaster 7 & 28 day products (CityBus to SYConnect+)
The system allows users to make either a partial or full contribution to the cost of our products which is then invoiced on a monthly basis.

Please note that minimum transaction volumes do apply and we perform credit checks on any new clients.
Organisations can request quotes for the supple of some of our day & 7 day products in bulk to issue to their staff, clients or customers and add value to any business plan or event.
If your organisation simply wants to purchase a some of our products in bulk then please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a quote.
Please note that at the moment we can only supply the day & 7 day variants of our SYConnect+ product; though we are working on ways to offer some of our zone specific products in bulk.
We will provide a quote within 5 working days and will supply any ordered products within 5 working days of the receipt of payment or purchase order (at our discretion) so please request a quote/place an order in advance of when you need the products.
Our bulk orders are currently fulfilled via scratchcards and are issued on a non-refundable basis so please ensure the accuracy of your order quantity.
