2025 Ticket Changes
From 1 January 2025, TravelMaster will be reducing ticket options and changing prices.
What's Changing?
As part of our efforts to simplify bus travel, we will be reducing the number of available ticket options. The BConnect, DonConnect, and RConnect tickets will no longer be available to buy. Instead, our SYBus ticket offers better value for money and a more straightforward way to travel.
If you’ve already purchased a BConnect, DonConnect, or RConnect ticket, don’t worry! Your current ticket will remain valid until its expiry date or until January 2026, whichever comes first.
We understand that change can sometimes feel challenging, but rest assured that this change is designed to improve your experience. By reducing the complexity of ticketing, we’re helping to create a more enjoyable journey for everyone in South Yorkshire.
