Traveline will continue to be available for journey planning or validity enquiries on 01709 51 51 51.
We are advising customers to purchase tickets online at sytravelmaster.com and load them through their phone or collect on-board to reduce cash handling or the use of touch-screens on Ticket Vending Machines (Note that Ticket Vending Machines are being cleaned every 30 minutes). All 1, 7 & 28 Day tickets are available for those who need to make essential travel and we have taken steps to make sure all our systems remain operational.
If you purchase a 28-Day ticket before 01 April 2020 and are unable to use it due to self-isolation we will make sure you get the days you don’t use when things are back to normal. We will not be able to offer this for any 1 or 7 Day tickets or for any tickets purchased after 01 April 2020. To claim an extension, please visit sytravelmaster.com/coronavirus.
To keep our Customer Enquires Team contact channels available, we have reviewed our current refund policy and some services we would typically offer will be suspended.
