We're looking forward to continuing our mission in 2023 to provide South Yorkshire with great-value, simplified, travel tickets on any bus, tram & train.
Like in previous years there will be changes to our opening hours and the services operators run during the festive period.
We will have reduced customer support between 26 December and 2 January, however, our website will be available 24/7 so you can continue to log into your account. We will be closed entirely on 26, 27 December and 2 January.
From 13:00 23 December our phone line will be closed and we'll reopen at 9:00 3 January. During this time you can continue to get in touch with our team by emailing us at help@sytrtavelmaster.com

Ticket Validity
All our tickets are based on consecutive days of validity so make sure you've picked a suitable duration (consider 7-Day, 1-Day or Flexi5 tickets) as tickets will not be extended or refunded for days when there are few or no public transport services.
Please make sure you check your service is operating before purchasing a ticket.
